TET Systems is a privately held company located in Heidelberg, Germany. The company was founded by the inventors of the Tet Technology and owns all intellectual property rights to the technology.

As one stop-shop for the Tet Technology, TET Systems will help interested parties to find the best license model to fit their specific needs. As a result, TET Systems has an active, growing licensing business with more than 500 concluded license agreements worldwide. Our licensees comprise a broad range of businesses from small biotech start-ups to large Pharma companies.

In addition to further strengthening the Tet Technology IP position, TET Systems intends to broaden its IP portfolio by acquisition and in-licensing of innovative R&D technologies from third parties.

Dr. Juergen GamerManaging Director

Juergen Gamer joined TET Systems as Managing Director in March 2023. Before, Juergen held the position of SVP Business & Corporate Development at Apogenix AG between 2006 and 2023. From 2000 to 2005, he worked for Graffinity AG / Santhera Pharmaceuticals AG as VP, Business Development and Project Management. In the years from 1998 to 2000, Jürgen Gamer served at Clontech Lab. Inc. as Head of Business Development Europe. His industrial career started at BASF Pharma from 1995 to 1998. He obtained his Ph.D. in 1995 with highest honors from the “Zentrum für Molekulare Biologie” Heidelberg (ZMBH) at the University of Heidelberg, Germany.

Dr. Christian GieffersManager, Licensing & Business Development

Christian Gieffers joined TET Systems as Manager Business Development & Licensing in March 2024. From 2022 to 2024 he was Managing Director and co-founder of TriCos Biotherapeutics GmbH. Before he worked at Apogenix AG (2006-2022) where he was accountable for the development of new drug candidates as VP Preclinical Development. From 2003 to 2006 Christian Gieffers was heading discovery and analytical development of peptide-based vaccines at AFFiRis GmbH Vienna, Austria (2003-2006). During his academic career he worked as a Post Doc at the Institute of Molecular Pathology (IMP) Vienna, Austria (1997-2002). In 1995 he obtained his PhD from the department of Biochemistry at the University of Bielefeld, Germany.
