TET Systems has created a non-negotiable, simple Notice & Acknowledgement Agreement for non-profit entities wishing to exchange components of the Tet Gene Regulation System that cannot be obtained commercially. The Notice & Acknowledgement Agreement uses standard terms that many institutions have already agreed to and may be downloaded here.
